Family Events

Haʻaheo was so happy to be invited to participate alongside our sister school Kalanianaʻole in their annual Trunk or Treat again this year! Despite heavy rains our haumāna and their ʻohana played games, competed in pie-eating competitions and gathered lots of candy! Mahalo to Kalanianaʻole and our wonderful staff for a fun event, and to all of the families who decorated a trunk and passed out candy- and to all the keiki who dressed up and made it such a joyous event!

Our 3rd Quarter STEAM Night included Vex robotics, Brushbots, Snap Circuits, and more! Our students had a wonderful time trying out new tech and working together to solve challenges. A big mahalo to Hawaii Science and Technology Museum for sharing their equipment and manaʻo with us!

Our 2023 Holiday Jingle featured student performances, gingerbread house-making, and a visit from our very own Gingerbread Man! Mahalo to all of the families, staff and students who made this event such a success, and a very special mahalo to our counselor, Mrs. Blanche Tamanaha, for all her hard work organizing the event!
