1/25/21: Letter of Intent

We remain committed to our current school families and are looking to save a seat for your child/children in response to your family’s letter of intent.

Please complete the Letter of Intent and return to our school office by Tuesday, February 16th.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Don’t forget to list new students who you plan to register for Kindergarten thru Grade 6. NOTE: KINDERGARTEN CHILD MUST BE AGE 5 BY 07/31/2021 (Kindergarten registration packets available in office)
• Return your Letter of Intent (yellow form) OR complete electronically by February 16th
• This is not a registration form for your child/children.
