To help us plan and prepare, those who would like to OPT IN will be required to complete a request form.

A letter and attached paper form (blue) has been mailed home. The online submission or paper form must be completed and/or received by our school office NO LATER than Friday, July 31, 2020.
**NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED FOR FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING**
Be reminded that your selection of Distance Learning or Face-to-Face will be a commitment for the ENTIRE 1st semester. NO changes can be made and other options will not be offered until the 2nd semester.
Here are the Distance Learning Expectations:
- Follow the teacher’s learning plan for your child.
- Arranging to pick up and drop off work and resources as requested by the teacher/school.
- Commitment to ONLINE learning for the FULL 1st semester.
- Responsible to ensure your child is following the teacher/school schedule and logging into daily lessons.
- Ensuring your child meets all timelines for turning in work.
- Ensuring your child is available for any required assessments, as needed by the teacher/school.
- Understanding that if your child fails to make satisfactory progress in the distance learning program, you may have to choose between returning to school or homeschooling your child.
- Complete and sign a Distance Learning Opt-In Form. (Parents will be contacted at a later date.)
